LIFFT Booty Camp Challenge Wrap-up
To get that last 10-15 pounds off or if you have a special occasion you want to shape up for, Kay Yasin is taking us through a two-week shape up routine.
We have a cross section of women from each age group 20's, 30's 40's and 50's and we even have a 75 yr. old!
It's the end of the challenge -- we see who came out the biggest winner!

Kay gave us some toning exercises to keep us going:
Place hands together to form a triangle. Make sure your hands are right below your chest. From this position go up into a pushup position and repeat.
This exercise targets your triceps.
Do 15 repetitions and 3 sets
Count to 5 as you are going down in to the squat position. Then stand up fast! 1-2-3-4-5 On the way down.. Then 1 and UP!
This exercise targets your Glutes and Quads. If you want to hit your inner thighs; then simply take a wider stance and turn your toes out into a plie position!
Do 20 repetitions and 3 sets
Lying Back Hyperextension:
Lie Face Down and extend your arms in front of your body. Lift your arms and legs at the same time. Hold for 5 seconds then release. Repeat.
This exercise targets your lower back, glutes and hamstrings.
Do 15 repetitions and repeat.
