We had Laniyah Bailey and her mother, LaToya "Toyiah Marquis" White, in studio today to share Laniyah's story of being bullied and her motivation to write a book about it.

This very courageous and talented young lady wrote "Not Fat Because I Wanna Be", a children's book that tells the story of how she was bullied for being overweight, when she was just 6 years old! She also created an educational activity book called "Standup! Bully Busters Coming to Town".
