Opening the Vaults: Mummies at the Field Museum

We got a lucky first look at a new exhibit on mummies opening at The Field Museum.

Dr. Bob Martin and J.P. Brown stopped in from the museum with some cool items from the new exhibit opening up there tomorrow called Opening the Vaults: Mummies.

This is the first time since 1893 that some of these mummies and artifacts from the museum's vast reserves have been on display.

The exhibit showcases some of the digital technology used for research of the mummies thru CT scans allowing a rare looking inside of an intact mummy.
