Paul McCartney (July 31st & August 1st)

Details: Watch Paul McCartney play live at Wrigley Field. This will mark his first time playing at a Chicago baseball stadium since 1965 when The Beatles played on a plywood stage in Comiskey Park.
Obama Victory Fund 2012 Birthday Party with the President (August 3)

Details: President Obama is coming home to celebrate his 50th Birthday Party! He is inviting all to come out and have dinner and enjoy a concert with him at the Aragon Theatre on his special day. The proceeds raised are going towards Obama's fund for his 2012 Presidential campaign. There will be musical performances by OK Go, Herbie Hancock, and Jennifer Hudson. With such great company and musical guests, this will be an amazing birthday party!
The Bra Crawl (July 30)

Details: This bar crawl hosted by Chicago Twenty Something in benefit for The American Cancer Society is all about aiding the fight against breast cancer. The bar crawl will be stopping at 4 Lincoln Park bars and attendants are encouraged to wear a bra on the outside of their shirt to raise awareness and support against breast cancer. Come out and grab some friends to help the fight against cancer in this fun way.
Fiesta Del Sol (July 28-July31)

Details: Fiesta Del Sol is the largest Latino music festival in the mid west. The festival will feature painting workshops, art exhibits, graffiti art painting, puppet shows, live music, voter registration, book giveaways, and so much more! It is family friendly with no alcohol or tobacco on the premise.
Milwaukee Avenue Arts Festival (July 29-July 31)

Details: The Milwaukee Avenue Arts Festival features many independent art galleries.
Taste of Lincoln Avenue (July 30-July 31)
Location: Lincoln Avenue from Fullerton to Wrightwood Avenues 2400 N. Lincoln Ave. Chicago, IL 60614

Price: $7 suggested donation before 4 pm, $10 after
Details: This weekend is the 28th annual Taste of Lincoln Avenue. The festival will have more than 300 vendors with food, beer, art, and merchandise. There will be a wine garden to relax in as well as a kids' carnival. A new feature for 2011 will a craft fair that runs from noon to dusk On top of all of this entertainment, there is also 35 bands performing on five stages throughout the weekend. Some of the performers will be Sister Hazel, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Johnny Winter, Duke Tumatoe, Dot Dot Dot, Arra, Too White Crew, 16 Candles, Tony Tone, and Voting Spot. This event will benefit the Wrightwood Neighbors Association.
Summer on Southport (July 30-July 31)

Details: This summer festival is fun for the entire family. There will be the 10th Annual Children's Festival featuring a balloon artist, face painting, a rock wall, an inflatable obstacle course, a jump house, and mini golf. There will be food from local establishments, live music, and entertainment from the Southport Performing Arts Conservatory, Hairbangers Ball, Jealous P, Ralph's World, Second City, Radio Disney, Wedding Banned, South of 80, Libido Funk Circus, Mike and Joe, Spazmatics, Maggie Speaks, Underwater People, and Curbside. Summer on Southport is sponsored by MillerCoors whose flagship brand is Miller Lite. Summer on Southport benefits the Southport Neighbors Association.
Celebrate Hyde Park July Summer Festival (July 30-July 31)

Details: This weekend will be one of Chicago's best festivals of the year. This Hyde Park festival will feature arts and crafts, food, and a beer garden. There is also live music for entertainment as well as DJ's that will be keep attendants dancing all day long. This years headliners are WAR and Roy Ayers.

There are also videos, and performances. White Mystery will be performing rock 'n' roll music, and An Ebirac Project will be performing salsa. There will be food, a photobooth, freebies and more.

Bring the Movement 5K Run/Walk 2011 (July 30)

Details: The Chicago Dance Institute's 3rd Annual "Bring the Movement 5K" is this Saturday. The run helps to raise awareness and funding for Arts Education in Chicago. The Institute is a non-profit organization that brings art education to children through dance. Their goal is to show that the arts have a way to motivate and teach children about discipline, confidence, and expression.
