Right off the CTA's Armitage Brown Line stop.

We send our "Man about Town" Mark DeCarlo to Lincoln Park where a host of shops, restaurants and stores await all near the intersection of Armitage & Sheffield.

Mark swings by the Chicago Bagel Authority (CBA) to chat with its colorful staff and Master Harmonica Player Corky Siegel, who's hanging out at the Old Town School of Folk Music, stops by.

Fun, historical talking points about Old Town School:
- Old Town School was founded in 1957 at North Ave. & Wells in the Old Town neighborhood, but...
- In 1968, the School purchased and moved into the building at 909 West Armitage Avenue.
- AND... In 1998 they opened another building at 4544 N. Lincoln Ave. in the old Hild Public Library building in the Lincoln Square neighborhood.
- NOW... We just opened a brand new building across the street from the Lincoln Ave. location at 4545 N. Lincoln Ave.
- 3 building are up and running and open for business
